## 5. OUR POLICIES & COMMITMENT
5.1 Labour standards
G-TEK is committed to the following labour standards across our business and supply chain:

Freedom of association: Suppliers must respect workers' rights to join unions and engage in collective bargaining (where legally permitted)
Responsible recruitment: Suppliers must employ workers on a voluntary basis with clear employment contracts
5.2 Code of conduct for suppliers
All new suppliers are provided with our Supplier Code of Conduct (available on request), which sets out our minimum standards on:
